Three new modules focused on menstrual cycles, women’s aging, and menopause will be integrated into the course based on the answers Noomers provide when they sign up. The library will also offer on-demand tools like a healthy swaps guide for perimenstrual cravings. Additionally, we’ve introduced a Coach-led community, Women’s Health in Circles, managed by a Women’s health coaching expert. This community provides expert guidance, candid conversations, and invaluable support.
Improved Smart Device Connection
Life gets busy, and we don’t want your schedule to get in the way of tracking all the parts of your health that impact your weight loss. We understand the importance of seamless health tracking, and our new improved smart device connection aims to make this process even more effortless. Now you can connect your smart devices, such as Fitbit, or Apple Health during the signup process, so you don’t miss out on the full picture of what’s going on in your health journey.
Healthy Swaps: Inspiration for Your Meals
Noomers are committed to making what they learn in our curriculum stick with their day-to-day nutrition, whether at the grocery store, at a restaurant, or planning their meals for the week. Our new Healthy Swaps feature is integrated into the Food Lookup tool to guide Noomers toward better choices. Here’s how it works: let’s say you’re craving french fries, so you plug them into the Food Lookup and Healthy Swaps comes up with these suggestions: air-fried potatoes (yellow) or baked sweet potato fries (yellow). Now you’ve got what you need to have your cake (fries?) and eat it too.
