Recognizing that each person is unique, we believe weight loss plans should be personalized to fit individual needs and lifestyles. With that in mind, we offer two core weight loss programs: Noom Weight and Noom Med. What’s the difference?

  • Noom Weight is rooted in behavioral changes and psychological support to help you adapt your eating habits and make healthier choices. With daily lessons, personalized coaching, and simple tracking tools, you’ll have what you need to build lasting habits and stay in control of your progress.

Noom Med medication options and costs

With Noom Med, you have several medication options. Your clinician can prescribe Noom’s new compounded semaglutide via Noom GLP-1Rx or branded GLP-1 medications. Here’s a closer look at both plans:

Noom GLP-1Rx

Noom GLP-1Rx plan includes access to Noom’s compounded semaglutide. It’s the same active ingredient found in the brand-name medications Ozempic® and Wegovy®. The biggest difference with Noom GLP-1Rx is that it’s a compounded medication made in a specialized pharmacy. We partner with a trusted 503B pharmacy that adheres to strict FDA regulations.

Noom’s compounded semaglutide is more accessible due to branded medication shortages and more affordable, even without insurance. Noom GLP-1Rx delivers compounded medication straight to your door in about seven days with on-demand clinician support whenever you need it.

What does Noom GLP-1Rx cost? You’ll pay $149 for the first month to get started, followed by $279 per month for a three-month recurring plan. That price includes the cost of medication. It’s a convenient and budget-friendly way to get what you need without any hidden costs.

Branded medications

This option is for those who prefer branded medication like Wegovy® or Zepbound®. Your clinician and Noom Med Care Team will coordinate benefits and work with your insurance company to make sure you get the best price. Then, you’ll get the prescription filled at your local pharmacy.

Priced at $69 for the first month to start, followed by $297 for each subsequent three-month period ($99 per month). Medication isn’t included in the price. What you’ll pay for your prescription will vary based on your insurance coverage. Be aware that shortages could have an effect on what medications are available to you.
