I’m having trouble purchasing a program. What can I do?

We’d love to have you join the Noomily, so here are some basic troubleshooting steps to help you get started:

  1. Our Noom purchase page works best on Chrome and Safari browsers, so we advise trying one those two if you haven’t already.
  2. Double check your credit card information. Entering the wrong credit card number, security code, or account holder name will show an Unexpected error message at the top of the page and the incorrect field will be highlighted in red. Please reload the page and reenter all of your information, then attempt to purchase again.
  3. We don’t accept AMEX for non-USD currencies, reloadable or prepaid gift cards, or HSA/FSA cards. Attempting to pay with any of these methods will result in an error message.
  4. If you have an ad blocker, considering turning it off to enable the purchase.
  5. If none of these tips work, try clearing the cookies and cache on your web browser.
