How do I report a bug?

If you’re experiencing a bug that’s making your Noom experience less than optimal, please let us know by filling out our Contact Support form.

To fill out the form:

  1. Select No for the Was this useful? question.
  2. Select Report a product issue in the I want to… dropdown menu.
  3. Select the appropriate field in the More details dropdown menu.
  4. Tap Next.
  5. Fill out all of the required fields.
  6. Tap Submit.

Please make sure to include the following details when submitting your issue:

  • Make and model of your device
  • Steps taken before the error occurred
  • Error message, if applicable
