Can I sync Noom across multiple devices?

It’s not possible to sync your Noom data between devices at this time. For the optimal Noom experience, we strongly recommend using Noom from a single device and deleting the app from any additional devices, as this will prevent any potential issues with syncing and data loss.

Please note that using the app across different platforms (iOS to Android or Android to iOS) will result in a corrupted account with complete data loss. If this happens, we won’t be able to restore the data for you.

While our program was developed with the convenience of a smartphone in mind, the app is also available for use on a tablet. Please keep in mind that there’s limited functionality when using Noom on a tablet due to device capability, such as the lack of an internal motion sensor for tracking steps.
